Coronavirus Response

The health and safety of our customers, employees, and our communities is of upmost importance to New Southern Loans. We are continually monitoring the ongoing developments related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure that we are acting on the latest information and guidance. While we are making operational changes to promote the safety and health of all, we remain committed to serving the needs of our customers.


Branch Availability

We are beginning to open our lobbies in phases. Some of our branch locations may have the lobbies open at this time and some may not. Please reach out to your local branch for guidance. If the lobby of your local office is closed you can still make payments over the phone, over the web, or in person with a drop box.


Need to Make A Payment?

We encourage you to pay remotely using the following methods:

  • Mail a check or money order
  • Pay by debit card or check by calling your local office
  • Pay by check or debit card online

If your branch lobby is open and you need to attend the office, we ask that for the health and safety of you, our employees, and our community, you stay six feet from others. If necessary, please cough or sneeze into your elbow. If sick, please do not enter the building. Lastly, we are limiting the number of people in each office. If you see more than two customers in the office please wait outside until one of those leaves.

Need to Close a Loan?

Call your local branch to arrange an appointment. We would like to have all of
your documents available when you arrive. We are still offering curbside loan closing for the safety of all. If you must come into the office again please remember to practice good social distancing.
